Thank you for sharing your experience at the company. As the owner and CEO, I care about the experiences our team members have, and I'm glad to have the chance to respond. One of the biggest challenges of the last few years has been finding the right balance of transparency, especially as we've adapted to a changing market and made the very difficult decision to scale back or discontinue certain services.
