I've worked with a few PR/Marketing/Branding companies over the years. Have to say Leslie and Lauren (Alternating CEOs) are a cut above. It's a tough industry with high turnover. They are grace under fire.

I cannot really think of anything negative to say.

Lauren and Leslie are able to find a great balance between ensuring their staff exceeds clients’ expectations while at the same time infusing the work days with fun, learning and a true family feel. They really go above and beyond to find ways of showing just how much they care about not only the professional success and satisfaction of their employees (learning and development, continued education, etc.), but also the personal wellbeing of their entire team. On top of that, you’re going to get to work with some of the coolest and most innovative clients throughout the U.S. Novice or pro, Beyond Fifteen is a great place to get your hands in the clay and really make your career what you want.

It’s a true agency in every sense of the word. You’re going to learn a lot. You’re going to become experts in fields you didn’t even know existed. You’re going to have to be creative and analytical all at the same time. You’re going to have to jump from professional thinking and writing to fun-loving, attention-grabbing social copy. You’ll work both sides of your brain every day. It’s fun. It’s creative. But you better be smart in order to do it well.
