Very poor management and stuck with old technologies. Nothing as promised in the interview. Very high security that need admin apprval even for installing simple software in the laptop. For database access also will take longer access. Very hard life as developers. The higher manager will not even know that you are part of their team. Will ask you to do simple support task and not coding as a developer.
