Everything else. The management was atrocious, starting from the top; the President (a woman) wants to be one of the boys and hates smart, strong minded women. Keeps inefficient people around to be her scapegoats. She has no loyalty and talks about everyone behind their back. She is a bully and cannot have a constructive conversation without tearing someone down. The current owners don’t seem to care that their families business is being run into the ground as long as they get their checks. HR is inefficient because they know they’ll get fired if they cross the president. Other management somehow scrapes by with little knowledge of their functions. They will get rid of you if you go against the grain or disagree with them about anything.
