The team is sharp, a joy to work with, and extremely dedicated to the project of the company. I have never been bored in the 3 years I've worked here; the sky is the limit for personal, technical, and professional growth.
Contras
Citrine is no free lunch. The opportunity it has to move the market is attached to real risk (technological, business, execution, you name it). It's a hell of a ride, but it ain't easy. Venture capital doesn't appear to rain down like it used to. As a result, we are in the unfortunate position of offering below market compensation for challenging and demanding roles. We often open conversation with new prospects with "You can make more money at Google working on much easier problems than you'll have to solve at Citrine".
