I am an overnight worker, so here’s my take: - Extremely physically demanding. TONS of bending, some lifting, cleaning all night - Overnight shifts are exhausting and are brutal on your body - Only one person handles the whole store overnight, which is too much work - High risk of injury (I have back problems, strain, numbness) - EXTREMELY low pay for the amount of work and responsibility - High turnover - No long term benefits
