Not a place to work if you want to make money

Contras

They don’t pay enough at all. They reduced their commission from 14 dollars to 10 dollars to 3 dollars a sell. So if you are a seller you literally make 3 dollars a sale. Never heard of a company reducing it commission and then you are not always on the floor selling because they rotate you.

Prós

Strong client portfolio. Regardless of level, you have the chance to be involved in big projects for notable brands. Company culture can be very fun during organized outings—IF you fit into their preferred personality bubbles.

Contras

Most toxic workplace experience I have had. The whole company is understaffed, meaning 3-6 projects at a time was commonplace. There is minimal training and managers prefer to degrade you when mistakes are made, even if you were not taught the proper way to do things. Having no client services department meant that strategists are expected to manage client communications and new business while still trying to deliver world-class deliverables. Working past 7pm or on weekends became second-nature.
