Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable co-workers. Lots to do and everyday has its own challenges or flux in work-load/pace.

Nothing worth a mention.

I can't express it enough - I'm happy to see the "bad apples" leave Cobrahelp. The environment is so GREAT now! Changes are for the better. Its amazing to see the atmosphere change with negative employees no longer at Cobrahelp anymore. All employees are open and approachable for constructive criticism and management is happy to make adjustments internally to suit the employees needs. There is no micromanagement and you get to work at your own pace. 99% of clients and brokers are a joy to work with as well. I would absolutely recommend any working professional to work at Cobrahelp.

The only downside is the location. Cobrahelp is in the centralized downtown Denver district and is not accessible to the Lightrail or quick access to highways on the commute.
