I'm currently a teacher at Coding Elements. I find it amazing to work because: 1. Everyone believes in your strength and provide you enough liberty to use your knowledge the way you want. 2. Class sizes are small, if you like to teach it is the best place to work. You can dig deeper into the concepts and quality doubts are uncovered. 3. You can plan the course, timings and structure according to the students and their pace. 4. Since it is relatively new and growing, many challenges come on day to day basis. These are interesting to deal with apart from the course and curriculum. 5. You can present your ideas and they are well listened.

No downsides as of now.

As a teacher it gives you a lot of liberty to understand every child differently & modify your portion & way of teaching. I have hardly faced any trouble with scheduling or re-scheduling my lectures. They understand that unplanned emergencies can always come up. The Company does not expect you to make any marketing calls & lets you focus on craft i.e. teaching.

Never faced any major issues with the Company. Although, I have always felt that this Company has a lot of potential to grow, but does not take enough efforts to scale its business. And on a personal level, I feel this should be addressed but in a steady manner.
