Prós

Coworkers, and coworkers only. Did I mention coworkers? And casual Friday. Nothing else. I can't even make the 20 word minimum.

Contras

This company puts the shade in shady. Fees, fees, fees. Accounts are closing left and right because Fleetcor is all about collecting fees. Accounts are assessed THOUSANDS of dollars in late fees, yes, you read that right, and the fees continue to escalate. All employees aren't treated the same, even if you have the same job title. People who should've been fired long ago continue to have their job and advance even though they have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT WORK HERE. If I could give negative stars I would.

Job security. People are generally great.

Contras

Job security was high because of so much turnover they couldn't let you go. Less leadership, more reactive management styles. too much red tape to get prospects through to close. Internal teams can hold up customer movements to close. Hourly pay.
