The building was nice, most of the employees were friendly.

Inconsistent reviews, no raises for years, no HR to speak of, more bosses then workers. No clear direction when new employees hired. You could go far if your suck up skills are good. Little honesty with the management, they would say nice things to your face then stab you in the back.

Benefits were good, health, acupuncture, dental. Salary ok.

Company had lack of direction for both employees and business. While it began good, owners had poor management skills and played favoritism. Hired their kids and situation got worse. Wife was an emotional train wreck and was unreliable when in charge of HR. Micromanagement of employees was stifling, bad employees were rewarded and good ones run ragged.
