Been with CI for about 6 months now and so far so good. They were open to negotiation with pay and paid time off. I have heard (not yet experienced myself) that with a good review from an onsite supervisor at the end of the year, you can get a cash bonus!
Contras
Time keeping is pretty strict with CI, you need to put your hours worked in daily and be sure to submit them to management at the end of every two weeks. My healthcare is provided through Cigna and it leaves something to be desired. Of course this depends on the plan I choose, but it is not my healthcare company of choice.
