A solid history of tenured employees - 20+ years is NOT uncommon. GREAT people. Tools and processes set up to support strong communication channels for a remote work force (IM, email, SharePoint, electronic time and expense reporting capabilities (with mobile receipt delivery - GREAT for travelers). Transparent communications - even when the news is not positive.
Contras
Benefits are expensive, but not out of line with the rest of the insurance market. Largely remote workforce can feel a little isolated and "on an island" at times.
