1) They hired gang of Bsc passout in last 3-10 years. And they tend to supersede new joiners. 2) They have very less technical skills. These people can't think beyond Bsc. Hence quality of their work is worst. 3) Company has cheap mentality to hire candidates at less cost. They were hiring freshers at Rs 3k-4k per month. Now, they are hiring at Rs 5k-7k per month. 4) They make fake promises to hire experienced talent. Never trust their verbal communication. 5) This company emerged from service based company Raw Engineering in year 2018. They don't have experience about how to run product. They are running company same as service based company. 6) Company is located in Virar near to Mumbai. You can compare this location with sub-rural or small city location. So no other IT companies are here to compete with them. 7) Recently, they have started taking advantage of covid-19 pandemic to hire experienced talent at low cost. If you are experienced person with good technical skills then think twice-thrice before joining.
