Lots of partiality among the team. some teams get good salary even when they are dumb. HR's trying to save companies money by giving less increment. You will feel like you are a beggar. Nothing to learn because of daily burden activities. No personal life. Sometimes you have to work from home after completing office hours even on Saturday and Sundays. No market standard salary because the company doesn't have any standard. You will feel like you are a slave.
