Management is rough - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Funcionário(a) sigiloso(a) na empresa Critical Control

Management has no idea what they are doing, every week they completely 180 on any ideas that they previously had, not just on projects but seemingly on company directions in general. They do not have people who know how to manage other people, they treat people like dirt by yelling/degrading and insulting all their co workers until they quit which has been happening non-stop the turn over in the past few months alone is mind blowing.
