They do not have a work life balance policy, even though Human Resources has it slapped on their intranet website. They will call you at home on the evenings and weekends for the most trivial issues and highjack your soul. If you have a family or if you value your time off, run away from DR Horton. This place is run by incompetent megalomaniacs who only have their bonus in mind, not your well being.
