The pay was competitive with other companies that have similar job roles and the benefits, such as PTO were good, especially once you got past your 5 years and got the max amount of days.
Contras
They have decided to start outsourcing operations departments to a 3rd party BPO out of India. I had been employed with this company for 16 years. Prior to the acquisition of DIRECTV by ATT and subsequent separation, their loyalty to employees went straight out the window. The career opportunities are not great either. It is possible to be stagnant for an extended period of time with minimal merit increases as you max out your salary.
