“Full-time” realistically means 50–60 hours per week.
Very little documentation or structured process. Employees are often told to “figure it out.”
Level 3 responsibilities are frequently assigned to Level 1 technicians without proper support or training.
Leadership and accountability are lacking. Problems created by management often turn into a blame game directed at staff.
