Everybody here is seeking a new job (even upper management) due to the toxic work environment that streams down from the CEO. Therefore, it is fun to discuss with others how their job searches are going.
Contras
I want to preface this section by saying...I was one of the few people that actually quit and did not get fired. I was treated better than most people that worked here (not saying much because it was still horribly stressful). I simply want people to know what they are getting themselves into. I would not recommend people to work here unless it was an extreme need. I've seen people relocate for this job, move away from family, and quit their other (stable) jobs to come here and get fired within months. Anyone can get fired for any reason at any time. Upper management scrutinizes every thing you do and shows no appreciation and will actually falsify things to make a case against you to fire you. They lie to their customers about the ingredients in their products and FORCE employees to unethically lie to them. If you have any moral backbone they will either beat it out of you or fire you. They will strong arm you into working very late, performing job functions that are WAY out of your job description, and working weekends. Which would be OK except when you try to use the very little vacation or PTO you have they question you and deny it (and if it's the end of the year they will deny it and refuse to let you carry it over "company policy"). While working there, a male in upper management throw a clip board in anger at a female subordinate. This place is dreadful and the immense sense of liberation I received when I got a much better job offer was profound. I was also not given a desk yet asked to perform many administrative tasks which required hours of typing up reports per week.
