Having worked for other large agencies in Melbourne, i can confidently say Digital Eagles is miles above the rest. The team are all super passionate for what they do. Everyone actually cares about getting their client's the best results possible. The culture is amazing - upbeat, friendly and fun. There is always someone here who will be able to teach you something new, and learning and/or upskilling is encouraged. Never a dull day. Working conditions are super flexible. Management are both motivating and understanding.
