Direct Line has been an amazing job for me over the last three years. I have grown my salary, position, and commission earning percentage year over year. Just like any other sales position, it can be tough to hunt and gain deals, but DLD has been understanding through COVID lockdowns. Over the past year especially, DLD has really put investment and effort into creating a solid culture, fixing issues (as most startups have). Specific things have happened - we have a new CEO in the states, new processes, new training for our sales team, an adjusted quota system. Overall, this has been an extremely positive place for me and my wallet.
Contras
DLD is a startup so there is change pretty consistently. This is tough to transition sometimes, but the changes are all positive.
