By far, the worst position ever held in my career. The job was misleading from start to finish - lies about the size and health of the company and most importantly the abnormally high attrition rate. The CEO couldn't make a decision unless his COO made it for him, leading him around like a puppy-dog on a leash. If she didn't like you, look out; she poisioned him against you, making up lies and fake data. Read the other reviews to see this is a recurring theme. There had been 10 people in my same role in the same number of years, which I only discovered after I started. Dundas was never, and will never be a sales-driven company with the lack of leadership and understanding of complex sales. The COO has zero sales experience, but was an expert on everything. If you are looking for a sales career, please don't consider this poor excuse of a company to do that. The unrealistic expectations from brand new sales reps was ridiculous and if they didn't perform in their first three months they were fired. In any other organization, it is recognized as ramp time. Dundas didn't think people required that. Don't let any positive reviews fool you, they get people currently working there and their friends to write false reviews to counteract the real ones. They even try to remove any bad (i.e. true) ones, to try to increase their rating. Its all very misleading. My recommendation is to run from this environment - its toxic.
