No formal work environment. Very friendly work culture

It's a product based company. You can get first hand experience on DevOps engineering.

The company does not pay well. Many employees are currently leaving due to this. The company has been bought by Motorola Solutions and it is working together with its sister company situated in bangalore called Kodiak. Even though both unit is working on same product, the kolkata unit gets paid less in all aspects e.g. employees' salary, picnic budget, etc.
