Company provides the most flexible remote work options. Changes due to acquisition more than two years ago did not affect the technical staff. Many changes in leadership have left people feeling less optimistic of the company's future. The change management with all of the adjustments to leadership, policies, processes, etc could be handled with a lot more care fot the employees and their morale.
