      • Colleagues are friendly, with a relaxed working environment • Forums provided to give feedback about working and environment and culture to make DRI a better place to work (Ambassador Committee) • Easy to get to, especially on public transport • Fruit, cereal and bread provided for staff e.g. for breakfast • Limited working over usual hours and it is encouraged to finish working when your working day finishes • Relaxed dress code - you can wear what you want • Managers, Directors and CEO are very approachable • Jazzy office • Consoles, table tennis & pool table in break out areas • Free beers on a Friday, along with lots of other social groups after work

      • Management team encourage collaboration and inclusion in decision making • Everyone is supportive and friendly especially the Leadership Team • Ambassador Committee in place to give everyone in the company a voice • Company is set to grow rapidly in the next 12 months • Office is in a great location • Free breakfast, fruit, drinks and beers on a Friday!

      Contras

      There is a lot of change going on at the moment which some people find unsettling. The management team have responded well to this though and have put measures in place to improve communication and transparency during the period of change and growth.

      Ablity to be creative is positively embrassed People extremely approachable and willing to help whenever possible The office space is unique, ie Can contribute to new ideas at every level of the business The leadership team are driven to succeed whilst being open and people focused Location is fab, right in the centre of Mancheste

      Contras

      It's a start-up so there is a lot change, although somewhat inevitable as teams and the business grows. Could have a few more benefits added to the basic package
