The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Whenever I needed off they always helped me out. They also had a great end of the season party.

The only complaint that I have was when I drove in Long Branch the route tended to get a liitle boring.

The average person who works there is nice Made lots of friends who I still keep in touch with Was close to home (This won't be a pro for everyone obviously)

No advancement Expect a dime to 50 cent raises (If you're lucky) with overall pay around the poverty line Condescending unprofessional Executives who are clueless and stuck in the past You will be thrown under the Bus if it makes them look good Safe Routes to School Program...Stay far and away from that program. Worse manager in the company Poor benefits Misleading hiring (spoke of flexibility but you will be forced to work over your hours with no pay or work through lunch)
