Mid-size consulting firm so there are great opportunities for junior consultants to quickly learn thanks to greater exposure to senior staff, clients and bigger responsibilities on projects. The firm was founded by alumni from MBB & Co. so the quality standards are the same but given the size, the contribution of each individual is more recognized and there are quick promotions if you develop well. Training is provided and work-life balance is good for a consulting job.

The office in NY is quickly developing but there is still a somewhat "startup" feeling so it's probably not for people who need a more established environment. It's however great for the consultants who also have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to actively and very directly contribute to the development of the firm!

Emerton in the US is growing and has a "startup" feel at times. Could be a con for someone seeking to work at a large company.
