Prós
The kitchen/staff break room is large and clean, some of the staff are lovely and really helpful. The guys that work in the warehouse and in the vans are mostly really lovely, warehouse manager was only ever helpful.
Contras
Some managers tend to play favourites, breaks are too short, wages are abysmal for the stuff you have to put up with (both from management and customers), often expected to go above and beyond (“wear a lot of hats”) and are reprimanded if you struggle under the workload, little to no support, office staff have a tendency to be “cliquey”
