Absolutely nothing at all, zero.

Dirty Workshop Unsafe Workshop Poor condition/Broken Equipment Low Pay for Long Hours Terrible treatment of staff No understanding of mental health issues. Freezing cold workshop in the winter - the water in the kettle froze over night Abused or inoperative equipment, e.g ramps, jacks, tyre machines etc. Expected to fix supercars with little to no budget making use of anything in the scrap mountain in the corner of the workshop. No workshop manager just the 2IC of the owner that has his favourites that can do no wrong, new comers get no where except driven into the ground. Bad Pay Long Hours often unpaid and expected to work long past clocking out time for no overtime. Fines for everything if your not part of the group of favourites. Really not worth the stress please save your self the time. Be very cautious of the hype around this company it's all self promoted smoke and mirrors to trick you in the door and treat you like dirt.

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Contras

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
