Prós
Clean, airy well lit environment. Office work. Right off the 401 and usually easy to get to work.
Contras
Management literally will fire anyone for any reason. They have actively chased away or fired senior employees that have been with the company for decades. They restructured a couple of years ago and literally went around cutting people's compensation and pay. Management is callous and uncaring and if you rock the boat you will be unemployed post haste.
