I think, in fairness, it's important to also look at the good news in your review-- we actually have employees who have stayed with us and seen the company grow. FUTEK recently celebrated our 31st anniversary along with a good number of Team members who have been with us for 20+ of those years. This type of longevity and employee loyalty does not happen when customers or employees aren't taken care of.
