Two colleagues who recently had children where praised for working late hours instead of being with their newborns. -There’s no growth potential because Fender “doesn’t do” promotions and loyal employees have to go through the interview process like their equity in the company means nothing and they’re not any better than some rando off the street. -Morale was super low on my team, demonstrated by everyone over 2 years leaving or trying to leave and even new hires having second thoughts. No one on the team was ever trained-- just thrown into work at full speed.
