Scheduling is a joke and production workers are expected to work endless overtime to fill the gaps created by poor planning. Reactive behavior is the norm as there is no containment efforts to resolve non-conformances. Local leadership only comes around to when they are in the hot-seat. Spanish-speaking only personnel are hired purposely to exploit and pay them minimum wage without it being contested. Never seen such a backwards place!!
