The culture is paramount in company.

The only con that i can think of is that they are 20hours ahead of us time zone wise.

They have a great overall culture: team oriented, unlimited PTO, fun company experiences, flex location and more. It’s refreshing to sell a solution that actually makes life easier for businesses.

Not super competitive pay. As the company grows, it loses a bit of flexibility - to be expected with growth, but still a bummer.
