They work you like you are nothing more than a slave. Pay Rates are not fair. Some of the most educated people at the company make the same rates as someone coming right out of high school. Management doesn't know how to manage or lead a team. Their IT team only has 2 strong people on their staff. The rest are either not IT people or claim to be, but actually cause more damage. Their shop manager has no respect for anyone. They don't respect your personal time outside of work. They claim to care about the employee, but their management team only cares about how much money they can pocket. They let the sales team run the company, even though sales doesn't know anyone elses schedule or process. Management claims to offer growth, but in reality, they want to hold you back. You will make decent money.. no matter how little education you have.. as long as you don't mind this company risking your health, personal time, physical ability and life. It's do it until you drop dead, or don't work here. They claim to be a "family" but there is no "family feeling"... Not to mention, they will hire you, use you and then fire you.
