Good atmosphere good people and family like environment

Not really too much other than hard to move around

Work is simple and if you don't like overly complicated tasks, it's a good fit.

Management is clueless to their employee's needs and do not know how to manage their employee's properly. Very limited on professional growth in the company unless you are already upper management. (i.e. Managers getting promoted to Directors). Very limited staff meaning everyone works multiple functions.
