Prós
Very casual, fun place to work. Makes up a little for the crazy intensity that happens more often than it should. Amazing 60% discount on everything Fox makes. Some really great people to work with but a lot of them have been scared off by the erratic changes. Very modern campus, good parking. Excellent benefits with matching 401k.
Contras
Tremendous job insecurity due to frequent layoffs. Staff is way too top heavy with managers sitting in pointless meetings all day while worker bees struggle to keep up with their heavy responsibilities. Constant changes in high executive levels have caused very low morale and a lack of focus. Communication between departments is extremely poor and there is frequent animosity which wouldn't need to occur if everyone was properly informed. I worked there several years and only got 2 tiny raises which is typical. I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a stable and promising career.
