Leadership cares about its employees and everyone cares about the clients. The company pays what they can based on markets and insurance payouts. Long wait list, not enough qualified providers when comparing to the demand. Not necessarily the fault of Fraser, but a clear indication of the need for qualified staff who want to do this amazing work.
