Lot of people you can count on and actually consider friends
Contras
Many cons but I'll mention some I experience and saw. - Lot of backstabbing people. - If the supervisor is in a bad mood than you pay the consequences. - Lot of gossiping, specially in rental department, I'm not against people that prefer to speak their own language, but if they talk babd about you and you confront them, they now become the victims, probably I should've told housekeeping that I understand Spanish too. - Got to the point where loving to go to work there to just wanted to get out of there that's how toxic the place has become. - Managers expect you to do jobs in the shortest amount of time, or else I guess upi are not up to the job, I would like to see all managers specially Service and Rentals to put themselves on our shoes and see how good of a job you do. Here in service basically you are mostly on your own but there us help if you need but I've watch that there was only 1 person on Rentals for the past year or more working alone, hire someone that at first looked like he was a food worker, but I guess the guy just prefer to take smoke breaks every second. Best of luck to the guy that basically did all the rental service all the time hopefully he is doing better. - I've met a lot of good people in this job, people that worked years here just to tell me that they are done with this place because the work environment is nasty or to just be kicked out like garbage. -
