Felt like a big family and overall a lot of people were very nice and welcoming. It's very good for a first job. Management are pretty considerate and overall care for the staff

Can be a pretty stressful job as you get chucked in at the deep end and you get told to figure it out with a lot of it.

Management are friendly and flexible. Fun place to work, especially if you like climbing Good system in place for arranging time-off, swapping shifts, and logging work hours

Only cons were related to the trampoline sessions. Trampolines are now gone as centre is being revamped with new activities.
