Strengthening leadership, aware and proactive product dev team, quickly evolving culture and unified drive across the company! Most importantly, space to define your own value and roles to grow into. Always been good people, just a better environment for more to succeed now.
Contras
The path to the current optimism was bumpy for some and took too long, which is understandable. Some things are still a little slow and dated, but most are quickly/transparently being addressed. Like most, we still need more people and continued development across all depts. But Frontstream is on the ascend with seemingly most of the baggage being cleared out.
