As a female agent with a strong background in security, GRS has been a wonderful place to work, and my contributions are valued. I have always felt welcome, safe, and respected by my colleagues and by leadership. GRS provides an excellent team environment and excels at consistent communication, fair pay, and professionalism. Management encourages individual growth and keeps standards and expectations high by actively promoting completion of certifications and maintaining quality services. My assignments have been positive experiences due to the friendly and appropriate nature of my team members. The leadership team is kind and wants everyone to do their best in the field. Team leaders do a good job keeping officer healthy, safe, and (due to communications and operations) never truly alone.
Contras
Mistakes are dealt with as learning experiences at GRS, and it is still a growing company, so they occasionally happen; in my experience, any oversights or inconsistencies have been swiftly and appropriately addressed upon reporting to middle management.
