Expectations are becoming increasingly unrealistic Despite lip service, little support for professional development outside of simply doing the job they pay you to do No safeguards in place to prevent overload and burnout Senior leaders increasingly obsessed with profit and growth at the expense of people and culture (driving risk to the positive culture in the long term) Pay and benefits are not as competitive as our direct competitors (yet we seem to be converging toward the similar type of performance culture of our competitors)
