Contras
Work-life balance is non-existent. The company culture rewards constant availability rather than results, and boundaries are often ignored. The People Team (HR) is disorganized and ineffective — they deferred my start date by a week without notice, gave me no instructions about when to come in on my first day, and once I was already onboarded, emailed to ask if I had shown up while I was literally sitting at my desk. HR tends to side with executives rather than helping employees resolve legitimate issues, and there’s little accountability or follow-up. The new leadership in Sales and Marketing has created a totalitarian culture, promoting inexperienced managers who prioritize pleasing upper management over supporting their teams. Constructive feedback isn’t welcome, and servant leaders who try to collaborate or advocate for fairness are often pushed out.
