Some of the coworkers were great — supportive and friendly — and certain teams made an effort to organize fun activities that helped break the tension from time to time.

Contras

Working here was disappointing. The pay is low compared to similar roles, and the workload doesn’t match the compensation. The atmosphere is tense — people are constantly stressed, and collaboration is minimal. Management is unpredictable. Whether your day goes smoothly or not depends entirely on your boss’s mood, which can change without warning. It creates an unstable and demotivating environment. On top of that, there’s no clear path for career growth. Promotions are rare, and there's little to no investment in employee development. If you’re looking to advance your career, this isn’t the place. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone looking for fair pay, a healthy work culture, or real opportunities for advancement.

Working as a developer with various clients and delivering a wide range of solutions has been a great experience. The management was genuinely focused on our growth as human resources and consistently offered opportunities for personal and professional development.

Contras

Felt like the opportunities given from the commercial part were stuck with a different mind, but that was just some specific cases.

El puesto es 100% teletrabajo

No indican claramente cuales serán las tareas y responsabilidades del puesto, que luego son mucho mayor y pese a que van en aumento y se cumplen adecuadamente, el esfuerzo y trabajo no se ven recompensados económicamente ni de otra manera. Les importa más el cliente que los empleados de Hopla que trabajan con él. Vacaciones muy limitadas y con continuos cambios de parecer respecto a la flexibilidad para cogerlas, que acaba siendo prácticamente nula, lo que hace imposible poder planificar vacaciones. Cero seguimiento o feedback. Sueldos irrisorios para este tipo de puesto y perfiles con cierta experiencia en comparación con otras empresas. No tienen ningún interés en retener talento.
