Prós
Great leadership- they truly care about their employees and lead with integrity. Working in sales can be tough, and the amount of empathy and training that went into their salespeople was well above average. They are a remote company and make a big effort to connect their teams.
Contras
Like any start-up, the rate at which things need to change and the issues that the product felt larger than what there were resources for. That being said, people truly cared about doing a good job, even when they weren't able to provide a solution. Additionally, for those located outside of the US, being connected in the evenings to accommodate team meetings became unsustainable. Ultimately, sales was not for me which is why I changed companies, but I still think back fondly to my time there.
