I've been with this company for almost 4 years, and I really enjoy working here! The environment is super friendly, with a caring boss and nice colleagues who make every day enjoyable. Even though the company isn't big, the benefits are great - we get performance bonuses, health and long service awards, medical insurance, dental care, and more. I'm truly happy to be part of this team and look forward to many more years and opportunities to grow together!

Lunch break time is relatively flexible and can be arranged at any time according to one's own needs.

Teachers are practically treated like robots, unable to express personal opinions or ideas about teaching. The workload is extremely heavy, the schedule is incredibly tight, and it's impossible to finish everything. Supervisors don't evaluate teachers based on their abilities, but rather on their moods. The working environment is cramped; there's barely enough room to sit in the office. The teaching materials are also of mediocre quality and poorly designed.
