I have been employed by many places that claim to care about their employees, but ISA truly does. You are valued as an employee but more importantly, as a human. They will do almost anything to support their own and the families of their employees. There has not been one day in my time with this company that I have regretted taking the position or entertained leaving. The strong sense of purpose and "completing the mission" is something I feel on a daily basis and it motivates me even more to do everything in my power to make this company and my team successful.
