Great company to work for. They care about their employees. They have great goals and will probably accomplished them. The pay is great as well. They give you a car to take home. That's awesome

There were repeated instances of unprofessional and confrontational communication in the workplace, as well as inappropriate discussions about employees occurring in both private and public settings. These issues were known within leadership but were not meaningfully addressed. Additionally, there is a significant lack of direction, alignment, and consistency within the marketing function, with frequent shifts in expectations and priorities without a clear or cohesive strategy.
